


Shakiso - Single Origin Light Roast
Introducing the Shakiso - This new single origin Ethiopian light roast was sourced from smallholder farmers in the Shakiso district, and is cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 meters above sea level. The beans are processed using the natural method, where ripe coffee cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for three to four weeks. This process enhances the coffee's inherent sweetness and complex flavor profile.
This bright light roast has tasting notes of mango, berries and has a floral tea undertone. It’s a great dimensional light roast coffee coming out of the Guji region, and we already know with our past Guji light roast how wonderful these single origins truly are.
