They offer weekly home delivery service, and travel all over both southeast and northeast Connecticut. They have a community supported agriculture (CSA) program, as well as a seasonal stand May through December. Daigle Farm’s motto is "Simply Growing Food", because that's just what they do.

New Boston Beef is a family owned, family run USDA Inspected, grass-fed, no hormone added, antibiotic-free beef raised right in Thompson, CT. In addition to the beef farm they have recently embarked on a new adventure. The Kitchen; combining his farming and her cooking. Most everything you eat at The Kitchen, was grown or raised right on the farm. If they didn't grow it, one of their neighbors did. Everything else you can buy here was made by the hands of a talented local artist within Connecticut, or Worcester area.

Their cookies are the product of a labor of love and family recipes, and their ice cream is locally sourced from Rancatore's in Lexington. Rancatore's Ice Cream is hand made in small batches using only the finest ingredients with no preservatives.
